Frequently Asked Questions

Are we insured?

Yes! We are insured for the work we do. We have a Commercial Contractor General Liability policy and we are have WorkSafe NB insurance for our crew members.

How much does it cost to cut down a tree?

Each scenario is different. Cost will depend on the overall risk of the job. The risk is based on many factors including the species of tree, where it's physically located, its overall health and condition, what targets are within striking distance of the tree, complexity of the job, urgency, accessibility, cleanup requirements, proximity of utility lines, time of the year and other environmental considerations.

What training and certifications do we have?

At a minimum each person has First Aid, Green Card (Arboricultural Electrical Awareness training), Chainsaw Operator training, WHMIS and Chipper Operator training. Crew members who work aloft will have Fall Arrest certification, Aerial Lift Operator certification and may have specialized training in Rigging. Through the International Society Of Arboriculture (ISA), we have ISA Certified Arborists on staff along with ISA Certified Tree Workers (Climbing and Aerial Lift).
